Your Tasks:- Responsible for establishing a global Groupt IT marketing and communication strategy
- Bring in your expertise how to implement with focus on IT and its users
- Execute a suitable marketing mix to increase brand awareness and stakeholder attraction of our tools, services and related actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for user satisfaction, employee branding and touch-point experience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
Your Profile:- Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with focus on B2B marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot und Marketo, is a plus
- Graphical skills are a plus (Photoshop, InDesign or similar)
- Passion for texting is a plus
- Team player with hands-on attitude and commitment
